We were very fortunate to be able to welcome The Washing Machine of Destiny to Cannamore this week, where they put on a special performance tailored to our students.
What happens when two Devonians on the autistic spectrum decide to pool their passions – music, technology, washing machines, mystery adventures, superheroes, jeopardy, magic and even more music – and make a play about being neurodivergent? This was a splendidly entertaining and enlightening experience for everyone, and our students benefitted hugely from seeing autism explored in this way.
