Grateful For Our Volunteers

Grateful For Our Volunteers

Over the years we have had a number of different people and organisations choose to volunteer with us – something we are hugely grateful for. This half term it was the turn of Babcock International, who sent eight volunteers to work with us at Brocks Farm.

As a Babcock employee, you can benefit from a day’s special paid leave for volunteering, which allows you to give something back and gives you the opportunity to make a real difference in peoples’ lives. Volunteering is a great way to gain knowledge, skills and behaviours that can be used to develop your career, and we were thrilled to partner with them.

The eight individuals worked tirelessly to help improve some of the outside facilities at Brocks. In particular, they helped to rebuild the pony pen, extend the main paddock and build a new pathway. Their work has been transformational, and we are enormously grateful.

Thank you Babcock!
